INCREASE YOUR IMMUNITY AND BODY STRENGTH DURING LOCKDOWN.
Immunity and body strength is very much important to fight against any diseases. At, present coronavirus or COVID-19 is one of them. As of now, no medicine has been made to cure this disease. So, being healthy is one of the most important things, that every human should be during this pandemic.
IMMUNITY is the word that is most important to fight any diseases. NOW, the question arises that how can we increase our immunity? The answer to this question is the following:
1. YOGA
YOGA is one of the ways from were people can increase their immunity. Yoga is a medium through which one can be disease-free throughout their life. Yoga increases blood flow inside the body and thus making you stress-free by decreasing your stress hormone, cortisol, and ultimately increases your immunity. Proper yoga postures and consistency can make a person healthy and stress-free.
You can do yoga from youtube, T.V, and various mobile apps and websites. In yoga, you can do various things like pranayama, Dharana, and various yoga asanas. Even the world has accepted that Yoga is the ultimate way to be healthy.
2. INCREASE VITAMIN-C
Vitamin-C is one of the most important ways to increase your immunity. The science behind it is, that vitamin-c helps to produce WBCs or white blood corpuscles. WBCs are the actual site for the production of antibodies against any foreign bacteria or viruses.
A person can take vitamin-c from various sources, the easiest way to take vitamin-c is to eat a lot of citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, tomato. Apart from its eggs, green vegetables and cereals are a good source of vitamin-c.
Throughout the world smoking and alcohol intake are the major cause of many cancer and other lungs and heart problems. Smoking and taking up of alcohol decreases the amount of antibodies preparation in our blood and hence decreasing the immunity of a person.
Smoking increases the mortality rate of the person due to coronavirus. So smoking and intake of alcoholic beverages should be stopped during this period of a pandemic. You can get many ways on the internet on how to stop smoking habits. So, please stop smoking and drinking alcohol!
Drinking water is one of the easiest ways to increase your immunity. Actually, drinking water makes your stomach and intestine clean and helps in the process of digestion.
The brain of a human being consist of 70% of water which is very much essential for the proper functioning of your body. Drinking a lot of water also prevent from being dehydrated and helps your stress hormone in control and ultimately increases your immunity. A person should drink a minimum of 8 glass of water in a day.
5. EAT TURMERIC AND GARLIC
